Our vet Anna was delighted to present a cheque for £211 to The Newcastle Cat & Dog Shelter, which was raised at our Westerhope surgery open day. Thank you to all of our clients who came along and helped us raise vital funds for the shelter.
The shelter was established in 1896 and helps thousands of lost, unwanted, neglected, abused and abandoned animals every year. Their objective is the promotion of kindness and prevention of cruelty to animals. The shelter is currently appealing for kitten tins and pouches. Please see the website for more information.
