Following new guidelines issued by our Governing Body the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) on the 1st September, there has been some minor changes made in the way in which we prescribe prescription medications – this particularly affects prescribing and dispensing flea and worming treatment.
If you require any flea and worming treatment from ourselves, it may mean a slight delay before the product can be collected in order to allow our Veterinary Surgeons to prescribe the products needed.
We ask that you please allow us 24-48 hours notice from ordering your treatment before collecting.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask that you please be kind to our team as we come to terms with this new protocol.
Thank you
