The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks and possess strong organizational and Customer Service skills. The position is mainly office-based, but the candidate may be required to help at other locations, so a driving licence is a must.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.- Provide administrative support to the Reception team / Office Team, and Senior Management.
Answer and manage phone calls, taking messages and direct calls appropriately, along with providing Client support, creating/amending appointments, taking orders, and resolving issues
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required
Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A Positive and professional attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook along with data entry and typing accurately
Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
