Protect and prevent: vaccinating your rabbit

Blythman and Partners recommend vaccinating rabbits annually against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD1), both of which can be fatal for our furry friends.

There is a new strain of VHD (VHD2) affecting rabbits in the UK, and many rabbits are not protected against this strain. It can cause loss of appetite, lethargy and sudden death.

Blythman and Partners now offer an additional VHD2 vaccine given annually which will protect your rabbit against this new strain.

Ask about our Wellness plan which includes vaccinations against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease.
